This is an Olive wood wooden Heart wall hanging 50th Wedding Anniversary gift present. What an amazing any occasion gift!! I am Gary Burns the treewiz and I carved everything in my shop. I can Personalize it on the back, if it is simple like a short sentence and date there is no extra charge. It comes ready to hang. It really makes a loving statement!! There are portions of the outside edge mixed with some burn . This is one of the pieces that I salvaged from my shop fire in 2016. There are many imperfections. There are some cracks that I have filled and a whole lot of character. I love the contrast. It tells of a heart that has had a bumpy ride but still is a beautiful heart. We all have beautiful hearts. For some it is just a matter of letting them shine through. This is a piece of Olive Wood.
It measures 16" tall x 11 3/4" wide x 2" thick.

Love is the driving force of life. And Hearts are Love's symbol. It's been years since I carved any Olive. It has a very unique scent when being worked. I had thought it was a piece of Cherry. Now I am not sure where I might have gotten this piece. But I was sure tickled to be working another piece of Olive! I love the colors mixed with the outside or live edge! :)

It is flat on the back so it hangs on the wall. I have attached a metal self leveling hanger on the back for hanging and I signed Wiz on the back as well.

Care instructions
All of my carvings have a lacquer finish. Dusting with a feather duster or blowing off with a compressor is all that is necessary on the carved trees, fish and carved faces. I use Orange oil on the smooth surfaces. This will perk them up. I would do it as often as you polish your furniture. Once a month would keep them looking great but is not necessary.
When will I get my purchased carving?
I will contact you as soon as I get your order. I will package it that day or the next. I take it to the Post Office the next morning. If I get an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday it will be in Monday mornings mail.
How will my carving be shipped?
I use Priority United States postal service mail.
Do you ship outside of the US?
I do ship outside of the US. I need to know the carving that you are interested in and your complete shipping address. I will figure what it costs to ship to your address and make the changes to the listing so that you can make the purchase.
